Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake Parfait

I am always down for some dessert! It really doesn’t matter what time of day (or night) it is. The only problem is that most desserts are so tedious to make. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE a good cheesecake, but sometimes you just want to whip together something quickly! I have just the recipe for a quick, easy, and delicious sugar fix! Oh, and did I mention chocolate and strawberries are involved?!

When I think of chocolate and strawberries together, I automatically think of a delicious date night dessert! It’s the perfect mix to end a special night with your honey. Since a parfait is so quick to make, you won’t be wasting precious time with your man, while you have a babysitter, on cooking! Thank goodness for that! Plus, you make them in cute individual mason jars so you don’t have to share. Who likes sharing dessert, anyways? I know I don’t! 😉

Isn’t it pretty?

This recipe is so easy that you can even make it with the kids! I know a few youngins that would love to help me make this chocolaty parfait. The fact that they would get to taste it afterwards is just a bonus! Unfortunately, my son is still too little to eat dessert but that doesn’t stop him from trying. Haha, I don’t blame him!
